You still continue to stick by the Judgement before CS, if you prioritise like that you are forever causing your dps to go down due to GCD clashes.
Prioritize your CS over your judgement and only 1 in 4 will clash. overall dmg will be greater.

i would rather put up with not knowing something than asking or looking on the main blizz forums

There is a ton of theorycraft on EJ about whether you should go Judge/CS/DS and stick other cooldowns in between Judge and CS or if you should go CS/Judge/DS and then end up having to do the former eventually anyway. It's an FAQ to get people started. If the reader wants to min/max to the fullest and squeeze every last drop out of his rotation, he needs to do his own legwork. I am merely putting the reader in position to succeed.

Yea, most jaunts on the official forums end in failure. I don't know what possessed me to do that.
